Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly price. Renters’ payments go through Xendit and settle to your own bank account.
What does the payment gateway charge?
Xendit’s published rate for each method (e-wallets, cards, QR Ph), taken from each payment before it settles to you. CeeRent adds nothing on top, and renters pay the price on your site. Xendit’s rates
Can I keep my Facebook page and Messenger?
Yes. Pin your booking link on the page and turn on the Messenger auto-reply. When renters send dates (“bukas”, “Oct 3-5”) or ask “hm po?”, it answers with your free cars, the all-in prices and a link to book.
Some renters only want to chat. Can they still book?
Yes. Make the booking yourself from the chat and send a payment link in the same thread. The car is held while the link is open. It opens in Messenger’s own browser and takes GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card.
Do renters need an app or an account?
No app. Your site opens in any phone browser. To book, renters type their email and enter the one-time code they’re sent; there’s no password to make up. A payment link opens without signing in.
I only have two cars. Is this overkill?
Starter is made for that: up to 5 vehicles and one login for ₱499 a month, with the booking site, payments, deposits, handover photos and agreements included. Compare plans
What do I need to accept GCash and cards?
A DTI or SEC registration, a valid ID and a bank account for payouts. We open your Xendit account with you during setup. Take booking requests the same day. Online GCash, Maya and card payments start once Xendit approves your papers, usually within a few business days.
What if Xendit turns my application down?
Your site keeps working. Renters send a booking request instead of paying, you accept it, and they pay you at pickup. Online payments switch on by themselves once an account is approved.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. Add a payment method when you’re ready. If you don’t, your site stops taking new bookings and your data stays for 90 days in case you come back.
Who are you, and what happens to my data if you close?
We make one product, CeeRent, for rental operators in the Philippines (our story). Your records are yours to take: owners export bookings, renters, vehicles and invoices to CSV or JSON at any time, without asking us. The terms give 30 days’ notice before we close an account (except for a serious breach), and exports keep working for 90 days after.
Is my renters’ data safe?
Licence photos and selfies open only for the staff who check renters, never your drivers or your accountant, and every approval is logged. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Security and privacy
