Everything between “avail?” and keys back.
Every feature is on every plan. Here’s what CeeRent does for your bookings, your money, your handovers, your fleet’s safety and the busywork in between.

A booking site renters trust.
Facebook rental scams have taught renters to be careful with a GCash number and a promise. A real site with your business name, live availability and a proper checkout tells them you’re legit.

Your site, 19 themes
Start from a theme made for how you rent — self-drive, scooters, bridal cars, chauffeur, day tours — then edit it on the page. Drafts, preview links, one-tap publish and roll back.
Live availability
Renters only see what’s actually free, with turnaround time between rentals built in. No double bookings.
One all-in price
Rate, insurance, delivery, add-ons and fees in one total before they pay. Length discounts for 3, 7 and 30+ days.
Packages & tours
An airport transfer, a wedding package, a Bohol day tour: car, hours, add-ons and a saving sold as one — the same price on the site and at checkout.
Facebook, Messenger & your inbox
A booking link for your page, a widget for your own website, and an auto-reply that answers dates and “hm po?” with prices and a link. Chats and site enquiries land in one Inbox.
Five languages
AI-assistedEnglish and Filipino, plus Korean, Chinese and Japanese for tourists. Listing descriptions are translated for you to review.
Win back unpaid checkouts
When a renter leaves before paying, one reminder by email and text brings them back to the same car and dates — with a comeback code if you want.
Gift vouchers
Sell vouchers on your site by GCash, Maya or card. The recipient is emailed on the day, and vouchers never expire, as the Gift Check Act requires.
Found on Google
Each vehicle gets its own page with structured data, a sitemap and a link from your Google Maps listing.
Free-cancellation deadline
Show exactly until when a booking is free to cancel, and offer a cheaper non-refundable rate if you want.
Klook, in sync
Early accessList your cars on Klook at your channel rate. Availability updates on every booking, and Klook orders arrive as bookings.
3D model of your unit
CreditsRenters spin a 3D model of the actual car or scooter — made from 20–40 photos from your phone.
Money in your account, not in screenshots.
Payments go through Xendit, a licensed payment gateway, and settle to your own bank account. You see every peso in and out — deposits, refunds, extensions, damage charges, cash at the desk and what each car costs you.

Every way Filipinos pay
GCash, Maya, QR Ph, Visa/Mastercard and over-the-counter cash payments — plus cash, GCash or bank transfer recorded at your desk.
Deposits your way
No deposit, an online hold (card and Maya held, not charged) or cash at the counter — a default per vehicle type, skipped when your driver goes along. No deposit means no deposit wording anywhere.
No-deposit option
Offer a small daily waiver instead of a deposit on the vehicles you choose — no passports or IDs left as collateral.
A reservation fee for everyone
Take a reservation fee from every renter and the balance at pickup, or before it by payment link — the way wedding and event bookings work. Or each person in the barkada pays their share.
Payment links & QR Ph
For Messenger, phone and walk-in bookings: a link with your name on it that holds the car until it’s paid. Also for balances and charges after a return.
Refunds without the back-and-forth
Your cancellation policy calculates the refund; one tap sends it back to the original method.
Prices that follow demand
Optional: up to +15% when most of a type is booked, a discount on empty last-minute dates — always inside the floor and ceiling you set.
Numbered receipts
Sequential receipts and credit memos with the 12% VAT split, printable and exportable for your bookkeeper.
Profit per vehicle
Log fuel, repairs, loans and parking with a receipt photo; monthly costs post themselves. See which car actually earns.
Owner statements & payouts
Run units for co-owners or investors? Monthly statements with their share and repairs, sent and paid from one screen.
Cash drawer
Every cash payment and refund recorded with who took it and at which branch, and an end-of-day count to check it against.
Company accounts
Quotes, credit limits, 7–60 day terms and one consolidated invoice for corporate clients — no cash at pickup.
One damage dispute pays for the year.
Most arguments come down to “that scratch was already there”. CeeRent makes both sides record the car’s condition, with photos, video, timestamps and signatures you can show anyone.

Guided photo checks
AI-assistedYour staff are walked around the vehicle at pickup and return. Odometer and fuel are read from the dashboard photo. Works offline.
Walkaround video
One video around the car at pickup and return, timestamped like the photos — quick for scooters, and hard to argue with.
Licence + selfie check
Renters upload their licence and a selfie before pickup; you confirm the match. Verified once, reused next time.
E-signed agreement
Your rental agreement with the booking details filled in, signed on the renter’s phone.
Self pickup from a lockbox
For late flights and small teams: a verified, paid renter does the photo check and gets the lockbox code. You confirm the key is back.
Checkpoint documents
A letter of authority with the OR/CR numbers on the renter’s phone, so a police checkpoint doesn’t end with a call to you at midnight.
Damage hotspots
Existing marks are pinned on the vehicle drawing so renters see them before they book.
AI return spot-check
AI creditsCompares return photos with pickup photos and flags possible new damage for you to review.
Claims & claim pack
Charge from the deposit with before/after photos, or export a claim pack for insurance or small claims.
Breakdowns & accidents
A help button for renters that sends location and photos, with a guided accident and theft flow.
Traffic violations
Match an NCAP or MMDA notice to the renter by plate and time, then charge or forward it.
Turnaround board
A return creates the clean, wash, refuel and inspect jobs for the next renter, due before the next pickup and assigned to your field staff.
Rent-tangay stops before the keys go.
Every operator knows a story of a car that never came back. CeeRent scores each booking, checks the licence with the LTO and gives you a paper trail — so the risky ones get a second look and the rest go out fast.

Risk score on every booking
0 to 100 with the reasons spelled out — first rental, long trip, cash, RoRo, a late return. High-risk pickups need a second ID, an extra deposit or a manager’s OK.
LTO licence check
Text LTO LICENSE to 2600 and paste the reply, or scan the renter’s LTMS eLicense QR. A licence with an alarm can’t be approved.
GPS rules
GPS add-onA speed limit, a curfew and an area to stay in, for the whole fleet or one booking. Renters are told the limits before they sign.
Remote engine stop
GPS add-onOwner or manager only, with a reason on record, and only applied when the car is slow or parked.
Verified-operator badge
Upload your DTI or SEC, BIR 2303 and mayor’s permit. Your site shows the badge, and renters can look you up on “Legit po ba kayo?”.
Shared watchlist
Opt in to warn other operators about proven non-returns and fraud — evidence required, Data Privacy Act safe, with an appeal for the renter.
Carnapping case pack
A timestamped formal demand to the renter, then a printable pack with OR/CR, engine and chassis, verified ID and the GPS trail for the police.
Approvals
Front desk asks an owner or manager before a big discount, a goodwill refund or a risky pickup. Keys stay put until someone says yes.
Know where every unit is — and when it’s due.
A calendar and a Today board for the desk, a phone app for the field team, and reminders that stop small things becoming expensive ones.

Calendar & Today board
Pickups, returns, overdue and turnarounds at a glance; block dates for repairs or personal use.
Team roles
Owner, manager, front desk, field, driver and accountant — each sees only what they need. Two-step sign-in for owners.
Maintenance plans
Oil change and PMS by kilometres or days; a service task appears when one is near due, and a car past its grace is taken off the booking site.
Out of service, swapped
When a car breaks down or its papers lapse, its bookings for the next two weeks get the best replacement — same price for the renter, who is told. Switch on swap-by-itself if you like.
LTFRB & LTO papers
Registration, CPC franchise, PUV insurance and plate colour per unit — with a warning before a with-driver trip on the wrong plates.
Delivery & collection
Delivery zones priced by distance from your branch, drop-off and collection jobs for your drivers, and a Lalamove button for their ride back.
One-way rentals
Pick up in Cebu, return in Mactan: a fee per kilometre between branches, and the car’s location follows it.
Late returns & no-shows
Automatic reminders, late fees by your policy, and a no-show flow that frees the unit.
Airport meet-ups
Flight number on the booking; delays move the meet-up and your driver is told.
With-driver bookings
Vehicles that only go out with your driver: passengers need no licence, handover takes five photos, a service agreement replaces the rental one, and fuel and kilometres stay your costs.
GPS, geofence & tolls
Add-onLive map, trip trails on a street map, geofence and overspeed alerts, RFID toll matching, RoRo exceptions.
Reports
Revenue by month, profit per vehicle, utilisation, booking channels and owner statements — print or export to CSV.
The reminders you used to type by hand.
Turn the texts, checks and chores you repeat every day into rules that run on their own. Start from a recipe, test it on your real bookings, then switch it on. No rule can move money.

Rules in plain sentences
When something happens, if it matches, then do it — send a message, add a task, ask for approval. Test any rule against the last 30 days first.
15 ready-made recipes
Licence nudge, pickup details, return reminder, review request, win-back code, idle-car alert and more — one tap to add, yours to change.
Every message in your words
Edit all 44 renter messages in five languages, by email and text, with a counter that shows how many texts each one takes.
Morning & weekly summaries
Today’s pickups, returns and money on your phone at 7 AM, a wrap-up at 8 PM, and a Monday summary of the week.
Task templates & checklists
Weekly washes, monthly checks and handover checklists that create themselves, go to field staff in turn and escalate when late.
Recurring bookings
A TNVS driver every weekday, a company’s Saturday shuttle: each date booked ahead on the usual car, with a payment link or billed to the company.
Alerts to the right person
Pick which team alerts — a GPS alarm, an accident, a late task — also reach the owner or branch manager by text or email. The rest wait in the team inbox.
Describe it, get a draft
AI-assistedType “text renters a return reminder the night before” and get a rule to check, suggested replies in the Inbox, and a weekly note on what changed.
