What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
We remind you on day 10 and day 13. Nothing is charged until you pick a plan and add a payment method. If you don’t, your booking site stops taking new bookings and your dashboard goes read-only — your data stays for 90 days.
How can I pay for CeeRent?
Monthly plans renew automatically on a card or Maya. Yearly plans can also be paid once by GCash, QR Ph or bank transfer. You get a BIR-registered invoice by email for every payment.
Are the prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. Every price on this page already includes 12% VAT. Add your TIN and registered name at checkout and they’ll appear on your invoice.
Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?
No setup fees and no contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and run until the end of the month you paid for. Yearly plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.
What if my fleet grows mid-month?
Add a vehicle pack (+5 vehicles, ₱299/mo) or upgrade plans from Subscription. You only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
How are users counted?
Anyone who signs in counts as a user. Office users can do everything their role allows; field and driver users (₱99/mo) only see the handover app and their jobs; view-only users (₱49/mo) see reports — ideal for your accountant or a co-owner.
What do my renters pay in fees?
Online payments go through Xendit at their published PH rates for each method (e-wallets, cards, QR Ph, over-the-counter). The fee is deducted from each payment before it settles to you; renters pay the price shown on your site. CeeRent takes no commission. Xendit pricing ↗
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — bookings, customers, vehicles, receipts and your audit log export to CSV any time. When you close your account we keep it for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.
