Delivery & collection

Every car you deliver to a hotel or home, and every collection, as a list of jobs: who’s driving, when, where, and proof that the handover happened.

Who can use it: Owners, managers and front desk see every job and assign drivers. Field staff and drivers see the jobs assigned to them (and unassigned ones), and can run a job once it’s assigned to them. Only owners, managers and front desk can book a Lalamove ride.

What you can do

Filter jobs with Open, Not assigned, Assigned, On the way and Done.
Give each Deliver or Collect job to someone with Assign driver….
Tap On my way with an ETA in minutes — the renter is told who is coming and when.
Do the pickup or return photo check on the spot with Pickup check or Return check.
Close the job with Delivered or Collected: a photo, who received it, and your location.
Book a Lalamove motorcycle to bring your driver back (or out) with Lalamove ride back or Lalamove ride out.
Use Directions and Call on every job.

Fees. By default delivery is a flat ₱500. You can set distance zones instead (for example up to 5 km, 15 km, 30 km, each with its own fee) under Settings → Policies. CeeRent measures from your nearest branch; an address outside every zone can’t book delivery, and the renter is asked to pick up at a branch instead. The page title shows your zones.
Each delivery booking makes two jobs: a drop-off at the pickup time and a collection at the return time.
The ETA box suggests a time from the distance; change it before you tap On my way.
Order matters: Delivered only appears after the pickup check is submitted with the renter, and Collected after the return check.
Proof: a Photo at the handover spot (car + renter or hotel entrance), the name under Received by or Handed back by, and Add my location. Skip the location and the booked address is used. If you were more than 1 km from the address, the job shows how far off it was.
The Lalamove ride carries your driver (by motorcycle), keys, helmets or documents — not the rental car. It can be booked once the job is on the way or done, shows the rider, plate, fare and a tracking link, and the fare goes into Expenses for that car.
Finished jobs stay on the list for 24 hours.
