What you can do
- See your Security checkup score and what to fix.
- Turn Two-step sign-in on or off (owners and managers must keep it on).
- See every Signed-in device and when it was last used.
- Sign out one device with Sign out, or all of them with Sign out everywhere.
How it works
- Open it from the sidebar (Account → My sign-in & devices) or from the menu under your name.
- Two-step sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password each time you sign in on a new device. Owners and managers are asked to set it up the first time they sign in (scan the QR code, then enter the code) — a new account gets a week, but not past going live or connecting payouts — and can’t turn it off. Other roles can turn it on or off here.
- The checkup looks at three things: two-step sign-in is on, no device has gone unused for 30+ days, and no more than 3 devices are signed in.
- Signing out a device means it has to sign in again, with your two-step code. Sign out everywhere signs out every device, including the one you’re using. Use it if a phone was lost or someone else knows your sign-in.
- Deactivating someone in Team & licences signs them out everywhere too.
- Locked out and lost your phone? CeeRent’s team checks your business documents before restoring access. Contact us.
