Add-ons

What you can do

• Create an extra with New add-on: Name, Price (₱), charged Per Day or per Booking, and how many you have in Stock.
• Choose the Kind: Gear, RoRo / inter-island permit or Other.
• Offer it for cars, motorcycles or both with the car and motorcycle tick boxes.
• Hide it from your booking site without losing it by unticking Shown on site.
• See how many are out right now against your stock in the Out now / stock column.
• Change price, stock or anything else with Edit.

How it works

• Stock is checked by date. A booking holds its add-ons for its whole rental period. If you have 2 child seats and both are booked for Oct 3–5, a renter looking at those dates sees out of stock. On other dates they’re free.
• On the booking site, renters see each add-on with its price and how many are left, and can pick up to 4 of each (fewer if fewer are left). Only add-ons for that vehicle’s type are shown.
• Per day or per booking. A per-day add-on is charged for every day of the rental, including the extra day when the rental runs into extra hours. A per-booking add-on is charged once.
• Add-ons show as their own lines in the price breakdown, on the receipt and in the handover check, so staff know what to hand over.
• RoRo permits. An add-on of the kind RoRo / inter-island permit only appears on your site when Settings → Policies → Allow inter-island travel (RoRo) is ticked. A booking that includes it may take the vehicle off the island: the rental agreement says so, and GPS tracking won’t raise a geofence or port alert for it.
• You can’t delete an add-on. Untick Shown on site instead — it shows a Hidden badge in your list.
